I am a UX Product Design Manager with 15+ years of experience bridging the gap between design, business, and technology. My career has evolved from hands-on design work to leading cross-functional teams, shaping high-impact strategies, and driving user-centred product innovation.

At Workday, I lead UX for Talent Optimization, Skills, Learning, and Recruiting, shaping the experience for millions of users across thousands of enterprise customers. My focus is on designing scalable, intuitive, and high-impact solutions that empower organisations to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

In my previous role, I led a web platform transformation that scaled from 20 million to over 120 million annual visitors. Partnering with C-level leadership, I developed and executed a data-driven strategy that significantly expanded reach, improved engagement, and enhanced the overall user experience.

Beyond my primary roles, I’ve also explored entrepreneurial projects. One of these side ventures resulted in the #1 quiz game in America (iOS & Android), giving me firsthand experience in prioritization, clear communication, and cross-functional collaboration. This startup journey reinforced my ability to own not just design, but the end-to-end product vision, ensuring alignment across engineering, design, and business teams.
